Today is another classic example of letting things be. For the first few days of the week my thoughts were looking for a subject to write about. Nothing arrived and I quickly stopped this process.
Instead of chasing thought after thought, I trusted something would show up. In other words, I let things unfold naturally.
This letting go is freeing. It opens your mind up to unlimited possibilities and above all it reduces stress and increases peace of mind.
