With the end of my adventure in sight I am starting to get second thoughts. Is this really the right decision?
What if my next adventure is not as cool as this one? There is so much beauty that I am leaving behind.
These and more thoughts almost make me want to stay after all, but then I remember the reason why I decided to leave. It is a reason grounded in love and passion. When I remember, I realise again that I am making the right choice.
The possibilities (that my choice bring) are endless. I really can do anything I want. Then comes the question: what do I really want to do? It is a question I have asked myself a million times in a million different ways. It is the question that lead me on this adventure and it is the question that has lead me away from it too.
As it is the nature of things to change, so does the answer to this question. In search of an answer I came across an inspiring TED talk by Scott Dinsmore. Exactly my kinda thing.
On his website I came across some very useful posts like this one. It only takes you five minutes (and a bit of help from your friends), but it is a very powerful exercise in discovering what you love.
They also have this awesome course with exercises, videos and audio etc. that I will definitely give a try when I am back home with a decent internet connection!
How did you discover your passion?
